There is a short window, and it is open now. One aircraft company gets built the right way from the first rivet: American, uncrewed, disciplined about what it claims and relentless about what it tests. We are looking for a few people who want their fingerprints on the whole airframe, not a corner of a slide deck. The window will not stay open.
You will work directly with the founding team, own systems end to end, and watch your decisions fly or fail in the log. The pay is fair, the equity is real, and the standard is unreasonable.
